BLYTHE - Four Blythe jail inmates face additional charges ranging from attempted murder to attempted escape after four Riverside County Sheriff deputies were assaulted early Sunday morning.

Officers from the Blythe Police Department, California Highway Patrol, and the Sheriff's Colorado River Station (deputies and investigators) responded and assisted jail personnel.

Riverside County Sheriff Colorado River Station (Blythe) identified the following four inmates as involved in the incident face criminal charges in the attack against the deputies ranging from attempted murder, attempted escape, conspiracy, and assaulting/injuring a peace officer while serving time in a correctional facility.

• Joseph Roy Scott, 25, from Indio, Calif.

• Louie Aguilar, 33, from Blythe.

• David Gazcon Jr., 34, from Desert Hot Springs, Calif..

@....@ El Pica Buyas. I have never denied that I suck at writing and spelling. You have no argument or substance to add here. So your only recourse is to attack my spelling and writing.

You must be the pick of the litter?

@....@ El Pica Buyas. So you attack my spelling and writing. OK. I have said that i suck at spelling and writing. I have never denied this.

Funny it only proves that you have no argument or substance here and to makeup for your lack of everything. You attack like all people lacking substance and personalities, that are unable to argue their point of view.

Worst than a criminal? This is a joke. It's "worse" than a criminal. Lukes father needs to go back where he left off in school, the 4th grade.

@....robert p or Aka. "To All of you" Looky here their you go writing like a wannabe Mexican that can't spell.

You get mad and you demand for me to tell you who I'am. "Then I'am your father Luke." That's who I'am.

Funny a person here that has an opinion is treated worst than a criminal. This why no one living here will use their true name others might write a name down, but it's just a name.

Just asked Mr Albert Galindo.

You stated "why don't you just reveal yourself? That would be a great thing." In the spirit of full disclosure, you are lacking a good faith gesture by revealing only your first name & not your last name. "Robert P" is a 20 spot short of a full check. Perhaps one day you may go all in and plummet into the bottomless pit of full disclosure and identify yourself with your first & last name. That would appear to me to be the fair option given your demand of EL PICA BUYAS to pull his covers & identify himself (Don't you think so Bob P?) I guess this is just another example of what El Pica BUYAS said when he previously stated on this thread, "The thing with Blythe is that we have a lot of wishy-washy people here." An argument could be made that you are not committed, and that you just dipped a lil' piggy into he water and said, "Come on in, the water is fine" One day, Mr. Robert P, you'z got'z to put your money where your mouth is saddle up and ride! Use both your first and last name (That is if you are comfortable enough in your own skin and do not care what someone else may think about you). If not hide under the veil of only your first name. It is what it is---> I'm just say'n...

@....To All of you. You say I put in my 2 cents. OK I do. But here you go accusing these officers of being bullies.

This is what you wrote. "Sheriff seem to think they can bully anyone and the inmates can't say much, as I don't know and we all don't know because given the history hard to trust sherif."

Never did I say that they were abusing these prisoners. I said that someone disrespected someone. Anything can set things off. The wrong use of a word/phase. By one or the other side. Even if they did not mean to offend the other side, neither sides will apologize for fear of looking weak.

But it looks like you have already chosen a side.

@....@ EL PICA BUYAS. And you will never. Due to the lack of knowledge and common sense, and most important you have no sense humor.

Think about this. The story was about an attempted escape. It was not about 3 accused killers in jail and their crimes, They are here to be tried in court for their alleged crimes.

Last night, I also read and saw their mug shots on another site. Even if I had, had this new information I would have came to the same conclusion.

So what can you say to the family of the victims? knowing full well that no amount of words can console them. You can only hope that with time they find justice in the system, and peace within themselves.

But why would they put one of Blythe own citizens in the same cell with 3 accused killers?

None of your comments make sense. Seems like el pica has to say 2 cents in everything. Who are the bad guys here? Inmates or Sherif ??? Sheriff seem to think they can bully anyone and the inmates can't say much, as I don't know and we all don't know because given the history hard to trust sherif.
Anyhow I hope the sherif recovers. And all you haters have nothing else to do.... It's sad you guys are stuck in the mud and pulling any and everything in that mud.
This is called Blythe

@....El Pica Buyas. That's the problem your gray matter offers nothing but peanuts. Is it my fault that I'm in a war of wits with a person without any.

You have no game. Talking to yourself in the mirror will not work. Because, who do you thing is answering you back?

This is the problem with most of you haters. I will write my opinion and instead of in-gauging in a conversion as to why you think I'm wrong you attack. Then you get huffy and puffy when you run out of intelligent words.

So let me ask you." What did the Fox Say?"

Article comment by: @ El Pica BUYAS!!!

El Pica BUYAS said, "This is why I march to the beat of my own drummer. If I cared what some of you people thought about me, I would never say anything." EXACLTY! When I was in grade school and I entered into a classroom, I used to wonder if the other students would like me. By the time I got to high school, when I entered into a classroom, I wondered if I would like any of the other students. I crossed that bridge many years ago. Some folks are so insecure & lack self confidence, they never get to where they can see the bridge, or even understand that a bridge exists. They live their entire life concerned what others think of them (sad really). I can't put any stock in what another person(s) thinks of me or anyone else for that matter. It really means nothing. Some people never get that. I believe it was the Great American Philosopher who had the remarkable gift of clarity Mr. El Pica BUYAS" that said it best "The thing with Blythe is that we have a lot of wishy-washy people here." Some how Mr. El Pica BUYAS, you seem to have stumbled onto the truth again. It is what it is---> I'm just say'n.....

@...M R. Tell "time served," that you do not agree with what he said. He said almost the same as me. And what about "it's a city matter" Sounds like a Blythe Police Office here.

Sound like another office mad at his counter parts. This is what you should be alert about. Me I'm Joe public, but here it sounds different. Like a man that is mad that they get no help from the county. All is not happy in paradise. So what other internal problems do we have here in little ole Blythe?

@....M R. It's different world inside the institution. So any little thing can end in a fight. Talk to some of your family members. Don't say you have no family that has ever been in prison. This is Blythe most of us have someone in the can.

Last time I said something about a homeless person being displace by a group of volunteers and most got mad. The thing with Blythe is that we have a lot of wishy-washy people here.

This is why I march to the beat of my own drummer. If I cared what some of you people thought about me I would never say anything. You can't please all, so this was My Opinion. About the so call break out.

Think about this Mr. Pointdeckster if this was a plan to escape would they not have tried that while en-route to court? Not in the confines of the jail.
