The house at 1426 F Street in Sacramento, California, stood out amongst its neighbors with its profuse array of flowers, trees and shrubs that nestled together in artful arrangements. The house, itself, was situated on an L-shaped yard that ran from the driveway of 1426 F around the house to the next door house's wooden gate. A wrought- iron gate guarded the two story house behind the fence.
